An explanation of the various columns is as follows:

Last Name
Alumnus are listed alphabetically by last name.  Maiden names are listed first for all female alumni, followed by their married name in parenthesis.

First Name
Alumnus first name, followed in parenthesis by the nickname associated with the individual during their high school years.

Before and After Photos (double-click photo to enlarge)
The "Before" photo, in most cases, is the alumni graduation picture taken from the 1964 Chieftain yearbook.  Otherwise it's a photo taken from one of the previous yearbooks, in many cases because the individual moved away before graduation.  The "After" photo was provided by the alumnus or taken during a class reunion or class get together.   The year reflects when the photo was taken.

An "After" photo of "Heaven's Gate" denotes the individual has passed away, along with the year.  A large question mark denotes we have no photo since high school.  If you want to provide an "After", or you want to update your existing "After" photo, simply send us an e-mail with an attachment of the photo you want us to use.  We will crop out background items and/or people and post it on the site.

Current Residence
The alumnus currently resides in the city and state listed.  If "Truant" is displayed, we have no record of where they live.  If you want to determine who else lives in the same geographic area, visit the "Geographic Locator" page where alumni are listed alphabetically by state, and then by city.

E-Mail Address
Your e-mail address is safe!  As you can see, the e-mail address is hidden from view and is not visible.  By so doing, your e-mail address is also hidden from email robots (i.e. harvesters).  Email harvesters are unable to read the e-mail addresses listed in the directory; therefore, preventing them from sending you junk mail!  However, if you still do not wish your e-mail address to be listed, simply click here and let us know!  The e-mail column will include one of the following comments:
"Email Me!" - Click the link to send an email to the alumnus.
"Not available" - We have no idea if the person even has e-mail.  Please contact us!
"Bad Address" - The email address we have on file is no longer a valid address. Please contact us!
"No Email" - The person does not have e-mail.
"Not Distributed" - The person only wants the reunion committee to know their e-mail address.
"Not Interested" The person does not want to share their e-mail address with alumni.

Facebook
If the Facebook logo is present, that means the alumnus has a Facebook page.  Clicking the logo will take you to their page.  If your Facebook link does not show, just "Friend" Dwayne Ballard on Facebook and he will add your link.

Reunion Booklet Update
The "Click Here" message indicates we have received a reunion booklet update from this individual.  The update can be read by simply clicking on the link.

A message of "Not Yet" means we still need to receive an update.  A reunion booklet update can be one sentence, one paragraph, one page, or one chapter of your autobiography!

If you want to send us your first update, or you want to update the one we already have, just send us an e-mail containing whatever you want posted!  We try to get all changes posted on the site as soon as possible!  If you don't see your update after a few days, click here and send us a reminder!    

Booklet Updated
Reflects the date a reunion update was posted for this alumnus.  Older dates reflect what was submitted for earlier reunions.  The date should help you distinguish newer updates from the older ones.
